At Mohammed Al-Jamal Establishment, we care about ensuring your orders arrive on time and with the best possible quality. We believe that the customer experience begins with the first click and ends with the product being received. Therefore, we carefully designed our shipping policy to be flexible, clear, and maintain your trust in us.

1- Order Processing and Shipping Time

We process and ship orders within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation, with the exception of pre-ordered or special products, where shipping times are coordinated with customers.

"Business days" are counted from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Areas and Shipping Details

We deliver orders to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt for all available products, including:

Mixers
Showers
Accessories
Various sanitary accessories
For complete bathroom sets (such as bases, sinks, combinations, bathtubs, etc.), delivery by private vehicle is available upon availability of the required quantity, subject to the following conditions:

The full order value must be paid in advance.
Shipping costs must be paid before delivery.
We will coordinate with the customer to determine the exact delivery date and location.
If you do not want the private vehicle option, these products can be picked up directly from our main branch in Cairo.

3. Products on Reservation

Some products appear on the website as "on reservation," meaning their availability is dependent on the factory. In this case, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours of the order to confirm product availability.

Reservation does not guarantee the final price and may be subject to adjustment based on the factory price at the time of execution.

4. Pricing and Amendments

In the event of an unintentional error in pricing a product, we reserve the right to amend the price before shipping. We always contact the customer to confirm the new price or grant them the freedom to cancel.

5. Special Cases for Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order containing products labeled "Contract from Branch Only" because they require direct pickup or are currently unavailable. The customer will be notified of the cancellation via WhatsApp or email, explaining the reasons for the cancellation.

6. Return Policy

Customers are allowed to return products only once within 14 days of receipt. The same product cannot be exchanged or returned more than once, even if reordered within the 14-day period.

The product must be unused and in its original condition, complete with packaging and invoice.

Upon receipt of the order, please ensure that:

The packaging is intact

The product is free of breakage or visible defects

After receipt, the product is considered to have arrived in good condition and is the customer's responsibility.

As a distributor and retailer, product warranties are fully subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We, in turn, implement these policies as follows:

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, during the warranty period approved by the manufacturer, whether by repair or replacement.

- No warranty is valid unless the original purchase invoice from Mohammed Al Jamal Establishment is available, and it must be registered with us with a reference number in the customer's name and phone number.

- Mohammed Al Jamal Establishment is not responsible for any additional installation, connection, or configuration expenses (such as connections, fittings, batteries, etc.).

- The warranty does not include technician travel or home inspection fees, which are handled separately.

In the event of a malfunction:

If a manufacturing defect is proven, the malfunction will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's policies:

- Providing spare parts free of charge, if available, and the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.

- Providing spare parts at cost if the cause is misuse.

- Or replacing the product (if the same malfunction occurs more than 3 times in the first year and is proven by an approved technical report).

This varies depending on the company we deal with.

Cases not covered by the warranty:

- Using the product for commercial purposes or overloading it at home.

- Any repair or installation by unauthorized parties.

- Misuse or use for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

- Absence of the purchase invoice, or damage to its data or product serial number.

- Any damage resulting from storage or transportation by the customer after purchase.

- Breakage or scratches after receipt, especially on glass or ceramic products (such as sinks and bases).

- Exposure of products to shocks, unsuitable chemicals, or weather conditions (such as sun, rain, or excessive heat).

- Salt levels in the feed water exceeding 1000 ppm.

- Damage resulting from new piping systems or impure water supply.

Mohammed Al-Jamal Establishment does not assume technical responsibility for products that carry a direct warranty from the manufacturer, such as:

Ideal Standard – Duravit – Grohe – Sanipure – Mechavit, etc.

In this case

We do not ask for any sensitive information (such as a payment card) outside of secure payment pages.

We are committed to keeping your personal data secure and ensuring that it is only accessed and used by authorized individuals within the organization.
