Return and Exchange Policy

At Mohammed Al-Jamal Establishment, we are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and a reliable and safe shopping experience. Therefore, we offer returns or exchanges subject to the following conditions:

First: The Permitted Period

A return or exchange request may be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product:

- Has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its efficiency or use.

- Has not been used, and shows no signs of installation or damage.

- Has been stored in its original condition with its carton, full packaging, and all accessories and catalogs, if any.

Products not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Products that have been installed or used.

- Products specially ordered from the manufacturer (such as some bathroom sets, bathtubs with sides, or any product labeled "pre-order"). Please ensure the dimensions and specifications are correct before ordering).

- Products whose packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way.

Third: Product Inspection Procedures Upon Receipt

- The customer must carefully inspect the product upon receipt from the showroom or through the shipping agent.

- In the event of any damage, breakage, or discrepancy, we must be notified immediately in the presence of the agent and before receipt.

- After the customer signs for the product receipt without any comments, the responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer, and complaints resulting from any subsequent damage are not accepted.

Fourth: Shipping in the Event of a Return or Exchange

- In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, the company bears the shipping costs.

- If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product without a defect, the customer bears the full shipping costs.

In the case of heavy or large products, such as bathroom sets, returns can be made by:

- Delivering them to one of our branches.

- Or sending a special transport vehicle for an additional fee agreed upon in advance.

Fifth: Assembled Products

- The product cannot be returned or exchanged after installation, even if it does not fit the location or design.

Therefore, we strongly recommend confirming the dimensions and location before installation. You can also request assistance from our team for technical advice.

Sixth: Refund Method

The product value will be refunded using the same payment method:

- If paid in cash: The amount will be refunded in cash or via Vodafone Cash.

- If paid by bank card: The amount will be returned to the same card within the period determined by the bank's procedures.

- Shipping fees are not included in the refund (unless the item is due to a manufacturing defect).
