As a distributor and retailer, the warranty on the products is fully subject to the terms of the manufacturers, and we apply those policies as follows: :

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions :

· The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, during the warranty period approved by the manufacturer, whether by repair or replacement. .

 

· No warranty is valid unless the original purchase invoice from Mohammed Al-Jamal Establishment is available, and it must be registered with us with a reference number in the customer’s name and phone number. .

 

· Mohammed Al-Jamal Foundation is not responsible for any additional expenses related to installation, connection, or configuration (such as connections, sleeves, batteries, etc.) .

 

· The warranty does not include technician transportation fees or home inspection, which are handled separately. .

 

In case of a malfunction :

If a manufacturing defect is found, the fault will be handled according to the manufacturer's policies. :

 

·    Providing spare parts free of charge if any and the damage is due to a manufacturing defect .

 

·    Or provide spare parts at cost price if the reason is misuse. .

 

·    Or replace the product (if the same defect is repeated more than 3 times in the first year and this is proven through an approved technical report) .

 

This varies from one company to another.

 

Cases not covered by the warranty :

 

·               Using the product for commercial use or overloading it with household loads .

 

·               Any repair or installation by unauthorized parties .

 

·               Misuse or use for purposes other than those for which it was designed .

 

·               Absence of the purchase invoice, damage to its data, or product serial number .

 

·               Any damage resulting from storage or transportation by the customer after purchase .

 

·               Breakage or scratches after receipt, especially in glass or ceramic products (such as sinks and bases) .

 

·               Products are exposed to shocks, unsuitable chemicals, or weather elements (such as sun, rain, or excessive heat). .

 

·               The percentage of salts in the feed water exceeds 1000 PPM

 

·               Damage caused by new piping systems or impure water supply .

 

Mohammed Al-Jamal Establishment does not bear technical responsibility for products that carry a direct warranty from the manufacturer, such as: :

 

Ideal Standard – Duravit – Grohe – Sanipure – Mechavit and others ...

 

In this case, our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the product is original and intact at the time of sale, while the parent company bears responsibility for warranty and maintenance, and the customer is directed to its authorized centers. .

 

Important notes :

The customer's receipt of the product and payment for it constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt of a product that is sound and conforms to the specifications. .

 

We reserve the right to update or modify the warranty policy in line with manufacturers' updates and to ensure our commercial rights. .
